We have another brag for my boy Riley. He got his Finished title April 11th at Treasure Coast. So he is now HRCH Morninglo’s New Moon Rising SH WCX.

Yes, I’m very proud of my boy!! And I need to give credit to the people who helped him and me get to this level. They include Glenda Manucy, my wonderful mentor, David Barnes, and Susan Fulenwider, whom I train with and who helps to keep me in line. WHOOHOO!!!

Nicole & Kona earned their JH title on March 20 at Tallahassee Retriever Club's Spring Hunt Test and got an extra pass for good luck on Sunday. Thank you Jill Volsch of Morningside Retrievers for her expert training!

Dixie, Turbo Southern Explosion Dixie Lee CD JH, owners Ron Rubrecht, and John & Sue Novak, posted a new JH title at the Black Warrior Hunt Test in Alabama on 4/11/10.

Cheryl & Gem-E Saturday, April 17, at the Orlando Dog Training Club's obedience trial, my Gem-E qualified in Open B [score of 192 1/2] & Utility B [195 1/2] to earn her 4th UDX leg and again on Sun-day she qualified in Open B [187 1/2] and Utility B [193 1/2] to earn the 5th UDX leg. Only 5 more legs to go!!! No complaints - Gem-E is moving along nicely towards her UDX title and also her OTCH title. Her "wins" are secured and she has earned over a third of the required 100 OTCH points.

Also, Gem-E earned on Saturday & Sunday her 1st & 2nd legs towards the Versatility title, taking 4th place both days. 

Jewel-E, although retired from competitive obedience, had fun and played the crowd by strutting her stuff in Wild Card Utility, taking 1st place with a 193 1/2 on Sunday. Now, off to Virginia to show in the Richmond Dog Training Club's obedience trials on Mother's Day weekend.
